Instagram's new feature allows users to post stories directly on WhatsApp

Facebook-owned photo sharing application Instagram is ready to start yet another mouth-water facility to entice its users as tech savvies will be on the nine-nine.

In a global test, the photo-blogging site is trying to reduce the gap between users' WhatsApp Account and Instagram.

If the latest media report is proven correct, then Instagram will allow a group of users to post their stories directly to their Whatsate account.

"Currently a test is going on, which allows users to select directly to share their instagram stories on WhatsApp as a WhatsAppSpace status," TechCrunch reported a leading technology media property.

According to the report, the new facility using the public API will be presented with the purpose of connecting with more people at one time. It will be easy for users to share their special moments with their favorite moments.

This feature is currently available for a group of people and after the trial is successful, it will be further enhanced.

Those small numbers of users will have a new option for 'tap' on their Instagram stories that allow sharing directly on whatsapp. However, users can press 'send' to share their stories with Whatsapp contacts.
